RHP is a dry milling machine (maximum moisture 1%). Main components are the two grinding rolls and the compression screws. In a traditional tubular mill, grinding is due to the compression and attrition of the mineral to be milled between the balls (or pebbles) and the drum. RHP high pressure roll mills upsets this principle: the material is forced to pass through two rolls and it’s the pressure between the grains which causes the crushing. The results? A more efficient, lightweight, versatile and reliable machine.
The RHP 16Lab is a roller mill built to simplify the grinding treatment in laboratories, specially dedicated to hard minerals. The RHP 16Lab was designed after the multi-year of experience of Minerali Industriali in the field of high-pressure roller mill, from which inherit all the main advantages: low energy consumption, easy cleaning, minimal contamination from a milling section to the following one, cheaper maintenance, intrinsic safety of the machine due to low rotation speed, very low contamination by the coatings wearing, low dust generation (picked up by the included filter).
HED-13 is an high efficiency dryer. To dry the same amount of sand, HED-13 uses from 20% to 30% less energy than a traditional dryer. The secret? The residual steam saturation capacity of environmental air. Traditional dryers (cocurrent or countercurrent) are characterized by the mono-directionality of the air flux. HED-13 aspiration origins from the center of the drum: the inlet material passes through a first stage, cocurrent with the hot air generated by the burner, then passes in a second stage countercurrent the environmental air, aspirated from the opposite side of the dryer. There is only a drum, with a single motorization.
Minerali Industriali manufactures a range of standard dryers, which can treat from 5,000 to 60,000 kg/h of traditional materials. All the dryers are designed explicitly based on each specific request. They operate in co-current, with the hot gases and the material following the same direction. This allows a better temperature control and a higher thermal efficiency. For fuel oil or naphtha, it can be installed a combustion/mixing chamber.
MAG-3 magnetic separators are ideal devices to deironing a wide range of sand materials. Paramagnetic minerals (hematite, biotite, ilmenite, ecc…) are simply captured by MAG-3’s powerful magnets. MAG-3 magnetic separators are particularly indicated for the iron removal of fine particle size products (typically from 0,1 to 1,8 mm).
DOMSTOCK domes are formed by an hemispherical tensile structure. The stored material coming from the treatment plant (or from trucks), is introduced in the tensile structure by a conveyor belt and transferred to the rotating belt system that distributes the material inside the dome. Left eventually drain, the material is taken up by a bucket and downloaded into the central hopper which, using an underground tunnel, moves the material outside, for truck loading or further treatments
